TN: Kaika “Shiboritate” Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genshu Sake

Vanilla and mint nose. Rich and full-bodied sake, subdued alcohol flavors, very clean. Very tasty stuff.

TN: Miyasaka Brewing Co. Masumi Yamahai-Zukuri Sake

Junmai Ginjo. Intense nose (for sake). Clean melons and blueberry flavors. Dry and full – unusual. A touch of acidity, the alcohol is muted and unobtrusive. Nice stuff.

TN: Wakatake “Onikoroshi” Daiginjo

Soft, rounded nose begins with a faint whiff of white flowers and then moves on to watermelon and yeast. Off-dry, somewhat viscous and smooth. Subtle sweet notes of honeydew and rising bread.
